Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from the Rack & Reel online store. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Made to order

Every item is printed or embroidered after you order. Production takes 2–5 business days; delivery to US addresses then takes 10–14 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sizes 2XL and 3XL cost more because the blank garments cost more; the price of each size is shown before you add it to your cart. Taxes and shipping, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order.

Product images

Photos and mockups show the design as closely as we can. Print and thread colors can look slightly different on the real garment and from one screen to another.

Cancellations, remakes and refunds

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts. Because items are made to order, we don't accept returns for size or change of mind. Damaged, misprinted or wrong items reported within 30 days of delivery are remade or refunded. See our Refund Policy.
