How long until my order arrives?
Every item is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then delivery to US addresses takes 10–14 business days. See the Shipping Policy.
Is shipping free?
US orders over $75 ship free. For other orders, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link when your order ships. The first update can take 24–48 hours to appear.
My order came in two parcels. Is that normal?
Yes. Items can be made by different production partners, so they can ship separately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts. Email support@rackandreel.com with your order number.
Sizes and products
How do the sizes fit?
Our hoodies and sweatshirts are unisex, sizes S to 3XL. Check the size details on each product page; if you're between sizes, email us before you order.
Why do 2XL and 3XL cost more?
The blank garments in those sizes cost more, so the price is a little higher. Each size shows its price before you add it to your cart.
What's the difference between printed and embroidered?
Printed designs are printed onto the garment, which suits detailed, poster-style art. Embroidered designs are stitched in thread, which gives a raised texture.
Returns
Can I return an item that doesn't fit?
Because every item is made to order, we can't take returns for size or change of mind.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email support@rackandreel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We remake it or refund you. See the Refund Policy.
