Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from the Rack & Reel online store, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Card details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store them.
  • When you browse: device type, browser, IP address and the pages you view, through cookies and similar tools.
  • When you contact us or sign up for email: your email address and whatever you choose to write.

How we use it

  • To take payment, make your order and ship it.
  • To email you about your order, including confirmation and tracking.
  • To answer your questions and handle remakes and refunds.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
  • To send marketing email, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the store:

  • Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders and payments.
  • Our production partners, who print or embroider your item and ship it. They receive your name, shipping address and what you ordered.
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
  • Email and analytics providers, to send order emails and understand how the site is used.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working and help us understand which pages are used. You can block them in your browser settings, but parts of the store, such as the cart, may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal reasons. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.
