Shipping policy
Every Rack & Reel hoodie and sweatshirt is printed or embroidered after you order, so delivery happens in two steps: making it, then shipping it.
Step 1: making your order
Production starts after you order and takes 2–5 business days.
Step 2: delivery
Once it ships, delivery to US addresses takes 10–14 business days. Business days don't include weekends or public holidays. Times are estimates; busy seasons and carrier delays can add a few days.
If we ship to an address outside the United States, the rate and estimated time are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.
What it costs
- US orders over $75: free shipping.
- Other orders: the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders with several items
Items can be made by different production partners, so one order may arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link when your order ships. The carrier's first update can take 24–48 hours to appear.
Address changes
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, email support@rackandreel.com within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts. Once an order has shipped, we can't reroute it.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We remake it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
Lost parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, or it says delivered and nothing arrived, email us with your order number and we'll take it up with the carrier.
