When will it arrive?
Every piece is made to order. We make it in 2–5 business days, then it takes 10–14 business days to reach US addresses. Shipping is free on orders over $75.
Which size should I get?
Sizes are unisex, S to 5XL. Open the size chart next to the sizes and compare it with a shirt you already own and like the fit of. Still unsure? Email support@rackandreel.co before you order.
Will the print fade?
No, the colors hold up wash after wash. To keep it looking new, wash it cold and inside out, and tumble dry low.
What if it doesn't fit?
Because each piece is made just for you, we can't take it back for a different size or a change of mind. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts. That's why we put a size chart on every product: please check it first.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email support@rackandreel.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We remake it or refund you, whichever you prefer. See our refund policy.
